1. Reportable abuse
- spam;
- phishing;
- fraud;
- deceptive impersonation;
- malware;
- unauthorized access;
- unlawful threats or harassment;
- brand misuse;
- intellectual-property infringement.
2. Evidence
Include the relevant URL, account, sender, message, date, reference and supporting evidence where available.
3. Sensitive information
Do not send passwords, complete payment-card credentials or unnecessary authentication secrets.
4. Investigation
We may review records reasonably relevant to a report and may request additional information.
5. Protective action
Where appropriate, access or affected functionality may be restricted and relevant records may be preserved.
6. Official requests
Government and law-enforcement requests must follow applicable legal process.
