1. Reporting
Email support@helloworkz.in with the subject Security Vulnerability Report - HelloWorkz.
2. Required detail
Provide the affected service, vulnerability type, reproduction steps, impact and sufficient technical evidence for validation.
3. Research expectations
- do not access or alter data belonging to others;
- avoid privacy violations;
- avoid denial-of-service or destructive testing;
- do not conduct phishing or social engineering;
- stop testing if continued activity risks harm;
- allow reasonable time for investigation before disclosure.
4. Authorization
This policy is not blanket authorization for intrusive testing against production infrastructure.
5. Customer systems
Testing systems controlled by customers requires authorization from the relevant owner.
6. Sensitive findings
Collect only the minimum evidence necessary and do not exploit, retain or distribute exposed information.
7. Response
Credible reports are prioritized according to severity, exploitability and potential customer impact.
8. Rewards
No payment, bounty or recognition is promised unless a separate written program expressly provides it.
