HelloWorkz CRM must not be used to send spam or unlawful unsolicited commercial communications.
1. Permission and lawful basis
Senders are responsible for ensuring that communications are permitted under applicable law and that any required consent, permission or other lawful basis exists.
2. Improperly obtained lists
Users must not send bulk communications to purchased, harvested, scraped or otherwise improperly acquired recipient lists.
3. Accurate identification
Sender identity and message subject must not intentionally mislead recipients.
4. Opt-out
Where legally required, communications must provide an appropriate unsubscribe or opt-out method and valid requests must be respected.
5. Suppression
Users should maintain appropriate suppression records to prevent recipients who opted out from being unintentionally re-added.
6. Customer responsibility
The sender remains responsible for recipient selection, content, frequency, targeting and legality of communications sent from its account.
7. Abuse prevention
We may investigate suspected phishing, deceptive activity, unauthorized bulk messaging or unusually high complaint rates.
