The HelloWorkz Trust Center brings together public information about security, privacy, data governance and responsible operation of the platform.
1. Security governance
HelloWorkz uses application and operational controls intended to protect accounts, customer information and service availability.
2. Access controls
The platform uses authenticated accounts, roles, permissions and application-level access controls.
3. Tenant isolation
HelloWorkz is designed as a multi-tenant service, with tenant-scoped workflows intended to separate customer records and operations according to authorized access context.
4. Auditability
Relevant functions may maintain operational and audit records to support accountability, troubleshooting, governance and security review.
5. Privacy framework
The Privacy Policy, DPA, Data Deletion instructions, Data Export information and Subprocessor disclosures form part of the public data-governance framework.
6. Providers
HelloWorkz may rely on infrastructure, payment, communications and other providers for particular functions. Refer to the Subprocessors page for maintained disclosures.
7. Vulnerability reporting
Suspected security vulnerabilities can be reported under the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
8. Certifications
This Trust Center does not claim any certification, independent audit or regulatory approval unless that certification and its current scope are expressly published and verifiable.
9. Shared responsibility
Customers should use secure credentials, appropriate permissions, authorized integrations and careful handling of exported information.
