This Refund Policy applies to subscription payments made for HelloWorkz CRM plans.
1. Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate payment for the same billing cycle may be considered.
- Payment captured but subscription activation failed due to a technical issue from our side may be considered.
- Refund requests should be raised within 7 days of payment.

To request a refund, contact support with your registered email, company name, invoice/payment reference, and reason for refund.
