1. Brand rights
HelloWorkz, HelloWorkz CRM, INT11 Technologies and associated brand assets may be protected by trademark, passing-off, copyright or other applicable intellectual-property rights.
2. Factual references
Truthful factual references may be made where permitted by law, provided they do not falsely imply sponsorship, partnership, certification or endorsement.
3. Logos
Official graphical assets should not be altered, distorted or used as the dominant identity of an unrelated service without authorization.
4. Misleading use
Branding must not be used to impersonate HelloWorkz, mislead users about affiliation or support fraudulent or malicious activity.
5. Domains and accounts
Do not use confusing domain names or accounts for deceptive impersonation.
6. Partners
Authorized partners and resellers remain subject to their applicable written agreements and brand requirements.
7. Reservation of rights
No ownership right or licence is transferred except where expressly granted.
8. Reporting misuse
Report suspected misuse to support@helloworkz.in.
